When you've finished your masterpiece it's time to think about protecting it from fading, grime and vandalism
The varnish or clear coat is a sealant that will protect your mural from UV fading, tagging, smog and pollution. In this mini-module I'll be discussing the different types of clear coats you could consider including varnish, sacrificial and non-sacrificial coatings. I'll also cover how and when to apply your clear coat and things to be aware of.
